• E-Card Announcements: I’ll send out “just listed” e-cards to every Realtor in the area to alert them about your property.
• Broker Open House: I’ll organize a broker open house to give Realtors a firsthand look at your home.
• First Open House: I’ll schedule and promote our first open house for the weekend following your MLS listing.
• Professional Brochures: I’ll create and print high-quality brochures to showcase your home.
• For Sale Sign: A “For Sale” sign will be placed in front of your property or in your yard to attract attention.
• Flyers: I’ll hang professional flyers outside your home for passersby to take, providing additional information.
This process generally takes 48-72 hours. Once the photos are ready, I’ll make your property live on the MLS, and we’ll be ready to attract potential buyers!
